At CrossFit Huntsman, we believe proper training is obtainable for everyone. That’s why our programs accommodate all athletes from beginners to professionals. We offer a variety of courses that can help you achieve any fitness goal. With both group and personal training, we make scheduling a breeze!

  • CrossFit Group Classes

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get maximum results every time.

  • WORK by Huntsman

    Our 30-minute lunchtime classes are designed to maximise your time and produce the best results possible, all whilst having fun and creating a great sweat! The workouts will consist of simple body weight and light lifting movements to create a short but very effective workout, every movement will be coached by our experienced team, ensuring that you have the best experience every time you walk through our doors.

  • Personal Training and Skills Sessions

    Nothing gets you to your goals faster than personal training. Our experienced coaches will dive into your specific needs and work 1-on-1 to create optimal workouts that drive your success. We offer personal training in 1-hour slots. Or alternatively, is there a movement you want to work on and perfect? Why not book in for a 1-on-1 skills session with one of our coaches? These half-hour sessions are designed to brush up on a skills set and ensure by the end you’re leaving with a feeling of accomplishment!

  • Barbell Basics

    At Huntsman, we believe if you get the fundamentals right then sky’s your limit! For all new members we have created a 3 week technique course called “barbell basics.” This course is designed to run alongside your normal training and is there to ensure you perfect those Olympic lifting movements. Once you sign up, a member of the team will get in contact with you to secure your spot!

  • Weightlifting

    Our Weightlifting class follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. Whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue lifting as a sport, this is the class for you.

  • Monday Muscle (Nutrition)

    Our main aim is to change the perception of weight management from ‘dieting’ to an everyday way of living. The simple fact is that diets don’t work long term. Reducing your calories aggressively will allow you to lose weight, but by consuming well below what is considered a normal calorie intake, you will 9 out of 10 times go back to the way you used to eat and regain weight lost & more. Just like sharply increasing your calories will only lead to an increase of fat, not the lean muscle you are looking for.

    With MM there are no banished foods. Food is food & it is there to be enjoyed. If you don’t enjoy what you eat, it will be impossible for it to become an every day part of your life.

    Through understanding & education, you will find yourself training & eating your way, to a better you.

  • Gymnastics

    Did you know… Gymnastics is the cornerstone to ALL CrossFit movements..? From mastering the humble (and often underestimated) air squat right through to nailing that technical bar muscle up. By perfecting the BCAA’s (Balance, Coordination, Accuracy & Agility) you will have the strongest foundation to level up all aspects of your training. Here at CrossFit Huntsman we offer classes that are aimed at all Levels of ability to help you to achieve your goals.
