Barbell Engineering was born out of a deep belief that there is a better way to bridge the gap between Olympic Weightlifting and Crossfit.

Each session is carefully programmed in a way that compliments the Huntsman programme, utilising the workouts and methods created using the Barbell Engineering methodology.

Our club sessions are designed for:
-Those that want to improve the classic lifts in a small class environment.
-Those that want to help improve their confidence in the Clean & Jerk and Snatch which is transferable to the Huntsman classes.
-Those looking to compete in the Crossfit Open or other competitions.
-Those who want to learn and develop their weightlifting in a like minded community.

When & Where?
British Weightlifting qualified coaches, Thorny and Saff lead the weekly sessions.
They meet in the coffee shop on site, Monday Muscle to deliver the brief, before moving onto the Crossfit Huntsman dancefloor.
Friday @ 7:45-9:00pm
Sunday @ 1:15-2:30pm
