BARBELL BASICS

At Huntsman, we believe if you get the fundamentals right then sky’s your limit! For all new members we have created a 3 week technique course called “barbell basics.” This course is designed to run alongside your normal training and is there to ensure you perfect those Olympic lifting movements. Once you sign up, a member of the team will get in contact with you to secure your spot!
