Saffron is a coach and former regional swimmer who’s always had a love of fitness. She now, with the passion for weightlifting, runs our barbell basics course and ‘Barbell Engineering’ sessions. Having completed her British Weightlifting level 1 & 2, she is the guru on movement and form!
