25min AMRAP if using DB

50 deadlifts 60/42.5 or 22.5/15kg
50 box jumps/up downs
40 hang power cleans
40 dips
30 push jerks
30 toes to bar/crossbody v ups
20 clusters
20 burpees over object

Assess intensity wisely, if you choose to use two DB for the workout then you may find that once for time is the perfect stimulus if you have the right weights. But if you feel you can maintain the intensity then carry on for the full 25min
