Are you looking to get into CrossFit but don’t feel comfortable coming into the main classes yet? Then this is the course for you!
Over the 2 weeks you’ll get to grips with the fundamentals that make up the core of CrossFit training, learning within a small group environment with our head coaching team.
After you’ve completed the 4 sessions over the 2 weeks on the on-ramp, you’ll then have another 2 weeks access of unlimited classes to try! All of our classes are suitable for any level of experience but with the fundamentals course under your belt you’ll transition into the main classes confidently.
