Are you looking to get into CrossFit OR kick start your fitness in Autumn but unsure which route to take?
Why not come and try out our CrossFit for beginners course. A sell out in July and always a firm favourite for anyone looking to get involved with CrossFit. We’ve been running this course for 8 years, with great feedback and results along with many participants still going strong to this day!
The course is ran by our head coach and owner Chris, he has been doing CrossFit for 15 years and has a true passion for ensuring all of our beginners understand the basic fundamentals and feel comfortable stepping into our CrossFit gyms.
The 2 weeks are designed to give you an in- depth insight into what CrossFit is, the background of Huntsman, how our programming works, for us to get to know you and your goals and to get some great workouts under your belt! The spaces are capped at 6 as we like to keep the group size small to ensure everyone is getting what they need from the course.
Once the 2 weeks with Chris is over, you’ll have full access to come and try out our main classes. All of our coaching team will be aware of our new course members coming into class, however, having the fundamentals under your belt will really help with the transition into main class.
