The main objective of this course is to build skills and confidence with all of the basic movements of CrossFit, ensuing you’re comfortable and able to transition into our main CrossFit classes. 

Our course is designed to educate our members with the fundamentals that make up CrossFit. The group is small and capped at 6 participants, led by our head coach and owner Chris. 

 

BOTH LOCATIONS will be running the course in  February on the below dates and times: 

 

HERTFORD

6pm – 7:15pm AND 7:45pm – 9pm

BISHOPS STORTFORD

6pm – 7:15pm AND 7:45pm – 9pm

Monday 6th February  

Wednesday 8th February

UNLIMITED CLASSES FROM SATURDAY 21st FEBRUARY – SATURDAY 4th March 

 

The course is £100 for the 4 x small group PT sessions and also includes 2 weeks of unlimited main classes
